EXPEDITOR
Stag Enterprise, Inc. is a family-owned industrial distributor based in Ball Ground, GA focusing on tapes, adhesives, packaging supplies and janitorial, safety, and paper products. We service customers locally, nationally, and internationally.
We currently have a position as an expeditor. This position will provide a high level of customer service and sales support and will serve as a primary point of contact for our sales team. The successful candidate will be outgoing, customer-focused, detail oriented, and possess exceptional order management skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments.

Deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations.

Checks all pick tickets and schedules delivery routes for drivers.

Enters Bin Transfers.

Checks all related documents and ensures that these match with the products.

Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays.

Processing of orders through the software system

Maintaining Calibration Records
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent education

3 years related experience / training or combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated independent management of day-to-day activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in the operation of standard office equipment, including a personal computer and related departmental word-processing, spread sheet, graphic and other applicable software applications.

Demonstrated competence in administrative skills, including information analysis and the application of company & departmental procedures.

Demonstrated ability to meet prioritized objectives and goals.
